Have you recently stopped taking a GLP-1 medication, but worry about weight regain?

You may be eligible to participate in this study to see if there are ways to help people maintain weight loss after stopping a GLP-1.

Who is eligible? Adult 18+, greater than 10% weight loss from taking GLP-1 RA medications (e.g., Trulicity, Bydureon bcise, Byetta, Ozempic, Victoza,Saxenda, Adlyxin, Rybelsus, etc.), less than 30 days since stopping medication.

What does it entail? Random assignment to one of three groups that receive usual care, a Noom® subscription, or medically tailored meals. Month 1: Remote weigh-in and questionnaire completed by phone or online, Month 2 & 3: Remote weigh-in, Month 4: Remote weigh-in & second questionnaire.  Participants are paid up to $40 & receive a free bluetooth scale.
