Presenters will highlight findings from emerging studies, and share lessons from implementing FIM initiatives in real-world settings. Through research insights and both community and healthcare partner perspectives, attendees will gain a deeper understanding of how cross-sector collaboration can bridge evidence and practice and drive person-centered, equitable FIM interventions.
